It All Started With a Sign
Back in 1991, my first job in graphics was working at a sign company designing signs for buildings, shopping centers and interiors. I worked with sales people and architects designing signs by hand, including drawing building elevations, renderings for the clients and the schematics for the electrical, manufacturing, and installation. These drawings were used to sell the designs to the clients and for acquiring city permits. It is with this deep knowledge of the sign industry that Gath Design is now able to not only design signage, but also understand how it is manufactured and installed.
